HOW TO OBTAIN HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES?
Home healthcare is provided on the recommendation of the attending physician, who also indicates the care. Therefore, do not be afraid to ask your general practitioner about the possibility of using home healthcare.
You can contact us directly or your treating doctor will contact us. We will then arrange a visit together and a nurse will come to your home.
The course of treatment and the patient's current health status are regularly communicated to the treating physician to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Jednatelka a vedoucí zdravotní péče prošla během své profesní cesty různými místy v České republice – od Liberce přes Vejprty až po Brno, kde působila jako vrchní sestra chirurgického oddělení ve vojenské nemocnici. Po letech intenzivní nemocniční praxe ji životní okolnosti zavedly zpět do Chomutova, kde se rozhodla věnovat domácí péči. Tuto oblast vnímá jako možnost poskytovat pacientům individuální, klidnou a důstojnou péči v jejich vlastním prostředí. Domácí péče by však nemohla fungovat bez pevného a sehraného týmu zkušených sester a bez důvěry ošetřujících lékařů, se kterými dlouhodobě spolupracuje. Právě vzájemná soudržnost, důvěra a komunikace mezi sestrami a lékaři tvoří základ bezpečné a kvalitní péče o pacienty.
